I disagree with this approach to drafting requests for admissions. It is much easier to use the admitted requests at trial when the format is as you said.good post generally.

Excellent post! If there is one thing I am very protective of - it's my optimism! I have organized my life to steer clear of anything and anyone that might compromise it.

About 5 years ago, I decided to stop watching the news. The negative and often scary stories and images were causing real fear in my life - and yet there was nothing I could even do about these things (like kids being kidnapped and murdered, people being decapitated in Iraq, etc). The worry and fear was becoming overwhelming - even entering into my dreams!

Today, I stay away from any discussions of the depressed economy. I know that if I start fearing a crumbling economy, that this in and of itself would be scarier than anything that might happen as a result of it.

I'm really excited to learn more about Club Fearless - it sounds amazing!
