Thanks for another 'straight to the point' post. Sometimes we (I) confuse not wanting to with being afraid to. Go to my company and offer free talks...Not my company, I would be scared of the response I might get! And there is a great lesson there, learning to move through our (my) fear and working out a deliberate plan to do that.
